From classic dishes to local alpine specialities 

The hotel has two restaurants: a self-service restaurant open during lunch and one reserved for hotel guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Both serve delicious home made cuisine comprising a range of Trentino regional specialities and typical national dishes.  All is based on the use of local produce including fresh “tosella” and “puzzone” cheeses, mushrooms and polenta. 

  • Our continental buffet breakfast comprises a wide selection of cereals, fresh pastries, cheese and meats accompanied by authentic Italian coffee (several varieties of tea also available!)
  • Dine in our hotel restaurant for both lunch and dinner and choose from a daily three course menu including at least one vegetarian option for each course (we can also cater for other special dietary requirements)
  • Mineral water and red and white table wine are included with meals. 

Bar snacks including hot paninis are also available throughout the day in our bar.
